Andoni Zubizarreta Urreta (born October 23, 1961 in Vitoria) is a former Spain|Spanish football (soccer) goalkeeper, the all-time cap leader for the Spain national football team|Spanish national team. On the club level, Zubizarreta played for Athletic Bilbao (1982-86), FC Barcelona|Barcelona (1986-94), and Valencia CF|Valencia (1994-98). His 622 Liga matches is the all-time record. For Spain, his record 126 appearances came between 1985 and 1998; he kept goal for his country in four straight Football World Cup|World Cups: Football World Cup 1986|1986, Football World Cup 1990|1990, Football World Cup 1994|1994, and Football World Cup 1998|1998.
