Cliff Drysdale was a top-ranked professional tennis player in the 1960s and early 70s who became a well-known tennis announcer. He was one of the Handsome Eight. He changed his nationality from South African to United States|American after retiring as a player. During his career, Drysdale captured 5 singles titles and 6 doubles titles including winning the 1972 U.S. Open doubles crown. Today, Drysdale serves a tennis commentator on ESPN.
