Daryl Christine Hannah (born December 3 1960 in
Chicago, Illinois) is an United States|American
actor|actress.

She attended the Francis W. Parker School and the
University of Southern California. She made her
film debut in 1978, in Brian De Palma's horror
movie The Fury. Her other memorable roles include
the Replicant Pris in Ridley Scott's Blade Runner,
the mermaid Madison in Ron Howard (American
director)|Ron Howard's fantasy Splash, the title
role in Fred Schepisi's movie Roxanne
(movie)|Roxanne (a modern retelling of Edmond
Rostand's play Cyrano de Bergerac), and the
giantess Nancy Archer in Attack of the 50 Foot
Woman, for which she was also co-producer. Her
most recent well-known role is that of the
one-eyed assassin Elle Driver in Kill Bill|Kill
Bill: Volume I and Kill Bill|Kill Bill: Volume II.

In her personal life she is best known for her
relationships with John F. Kennedy, Jr and Jackson
Browne.

At the age of 44 Daryl is still recognised as one
of the most attractive actresses in Hollywood and
in late 2004 she was a featured model in Playboy
in a revealing set.
