Doug Lawrence or simply Mr. Lawrence (still unknown but rumored that he was born on October 11, 1956 in Lake Charles, Louisiana) is the voice of evil yet power hungry Sheldon Plankton|Plankton, Larry the Lobster, and the fish head (named simply, Mr. Fish) from the children's TV series SpongeBob SquarePants and the voice of Filburt in Rocko's Modern Life. He is also a standup comedian, cartoonist and a TV writer-director. He is a writer and producer on the television series Johnny Talk.
