Dylan Moran (born November 3 1971 in Navan, County Meath, Ireland) is an Irish comedian, actor and writer. He is a regular performer at national and international comedy festivals including the Edinburgh Festival, Just for Laughs Montreal Comedy Festival and the Kilkenny Comedy Festival. He won the 1993 the Channel 4 "So You Think You're Funny" award and the 1996 Perrier Comedy Award at the Edinburgh Festival. In 2003, he was listed in The Observer as one of the Observer's 50 funniest|50 funniest acts in British comedy. Some of his favourite authors are Don DeLillo, S. J. Perelman and J. B.
