Felicity Huffman (born December 9, 1962 in
Bedford, New York, United States) is an
actor|actress whose work has included roles in the
motion picture Magnolia (movie)|Magnolia, the
television dramedy Sports Night, and the
television dramedy Desperate Housewives, where she
stars as Lynette Scavo. She is married to actor
William H. Macy, with whom she has two daughters,
Sofia Grace and Georgia Grace. She has been
nominated for an Emmy award twice, once for Sports
Night and in 2005 for Desperate Housewives.
