Fumie Suguri (born December 31, 1980) is a Japanese people|Japanese figure skater. Suguri was the first lady skater from Japan to win an International Skating Union|ISU Championship (2001 Four Continents Championships) since Yuka Sato won the World Figure Skating Championships in 1994. She's also the 2004 ISU Grand Prix Finals champion, the three-time national champion (2001-2003) and a three-time Four Continents champion (2001, 2003, 2005).
