Jessica Walter (born January 31, 1940) is an American actor|actress. She got her start in the early 1960s on the soap opera Love of Life. She is best known for her roles in Play Misty for Me, in which she played a psychotic stalker, Lilith, Grand Prix, The Group, Bye Bye Braverman, and Number One (1969movie)|Number One. These films were all made in the The Sixties|sixties and since then Jessica has done extensive television work. As of 2003, she has stared as the socialite mother Lucille Bluth in Fox Broadcasting Company|FOX's comedic series Arrested Development (TV series)|Arrested Development.
