Laura Kightlinger (born June 13, 1969, in Jamestown, New York, United States|USA) is an United States|American comedian. She hosted Stand-Up Stand-Up on Comedy Central. Kightlinger also works as a writer and consulting producer on Will & Grace. She also has a recurring guest role on the series as Supporting characters on Will & Grace#Other Supporting Characters|Sheila, a nurse at a fertility clinic. She has also been a writer for the MTV animated series Daria and for the 20th season of Saturday Night Live. During that season, she also played various characters in the sketches.
