Marie-Christine Barrault (born March 21, 1944 in
Paris, France) is a France|French actress.

She is the niece of actor Jean-Louis Barrault.

She got her start on French television, in
L'Oeuvre, in 1967 and in the television
series|series Que ferait donc Faber?  Her film
debut was in 1969 in My Night at Maud's (Ma nuit
chez Maud) in 1969.

In 1975 she movie star|starred in Cousin, cousine,
and was nominated for the Academy Award for Best
Actress.
