Marlene Stewart Streit (born March 9, 1934,
Cereal, Alberta) is one of the most successful
Canada|Canadian amateur female golfers and the
only golfer to have won the Australian,
Britain|British, Canadian and United States
womens’ amateur championships.

==Career accomplishments==
* Winner twice of the Ontario Junior Girls.
* Winner 11 times of the  Ontario Ladies' Amateur.
* Winner 6 times of the Ontario Senior Ladies'
Amateur.
* Winner of the Canadian Ladies Golf Association
(CLGA) Open Amateurs in 1951, 1954, 1955, 1956,
1958, 1959, 1963, 1968, 1969, 1972, and 1973.
* Winner of the CLGA Close Amateurs in 1951, 1952,
1953, 1954, 1955, 1956, 1957, 1963, and 1968.
* Winner of the CLGA Senior Women's Amateur in
1985, 1987, 1988, and 1993.
* Winner of the British Ladies' Amateur Champion
in 1953.
* Winner of the United States Women's Amateur in
1956.
* Winner of the Australian Women's Amateur in
1963.
* Winner 3 times of the United States Senior
Women's Amateur.

==Honours==
* In 1951 and 1956, she was awarded the Lou Marsh
Trophy.
* In 1962, she was inducted into Canada's Sports
Hall of Fame.
* In 1967, she was made an Officer of the Order of
Canada.
* In 1971, she was inducted into the Canadian Golf
Hall of Fame.
* In 2000, she was inducted into the Ontario Golf
Hall of Fame.
* In 2004, she was the first Canadian inducted
into the World Golf Hall of Fame
