Mary Morris (b. December 13, 1915; d. October 14
1988) was a British actress 

She is perhaps best known for a major role in the
science-fiction television drama A for Andromeda
(and its sequel, The Andromeda Breakthrough), and
her portrayal of Number Two in the Dance of the
Dead (The Prisoner)|Dance of the Dead episode of
The Prisoner (where she is speaking dialogue
written for a male actor, Trevor Howard, who
pulled out just before filming began.)

She also appeared in Doctor Who in 1982 in the
story Kinda with Peter Davison.
