Paulo Roberto Falcão (born October 16, 1953) is a Brazillian football (soccer)|footballer. Falcão began his professional career at Sport Club Internacional of Porto Alegre, in the Rio Grande do Sul, where he played from 1973 to 1980, winning three Campeonato Brasileiro|Brazilian Championships (1975, 1976 and 1979). Falcão also played for A.S. Roma (1980-1985), winning one Serie A|league title (1983) and losing an UEFA Champions League|European Cup final match. He played for São Paulo Futebol Clube|São Paulo F.C. from 1985 to 1986 . He played midfield for Brazil national football team|Brazil in the Football World Cup 1982|1982 and Football World Cup 1986|1986 World Cups. He was named by Pelé as one of the 125 Best Living Players to mark FIFA's century years. footybio-stub
