Phil Dent (b. February 14 1950, in Sydney, Australia) is a former professional tennis player from Australia. Dent was the men's singles runner-up at the Australian Open in 1974 and a men's doubles champion at the Australian Open in 1975. During his career, he won three top-level singles titles and 24 doubles titles. His son Taylor Dent became a professional tennis player.
