Radney Foster (born 1959 in Del Rio, TX) is a successful singer/songwriter who has been involved in country music for over twenty years. He was formerly a member of the group Foster and Lloyd. His song "Just Call Me Lonesome" from his album "Del Rio, Texas, 1959" reached the US Top Ten charts.
