In the 2004/2005 a couple of injuries kept Ayala from playing most of the Liga, the UEFA Super Cup 2004 victory against Porto, the Spanish Supercup, the UEFA Champions League, and the UEFA Cup. His absences didn't help Valencia's last-season's poor performance. Since his father's name is also Roberto, he prefers to be known as Fabián Ayala. footybio-stub ==External Links== *http://www.soccer24-7.com/forum/archive/index.php /t-27064 Forum talk: Ayala's life (English) *http://www.rsssf.com/miscellaneous/rayala-intl.ht ml Statistics with Argentina *http://www.geocities.com/Colosseum/2773/crayalen. html Club Statistics *http://elmundodeporte.elmundo.es/elmundodeporte/e nvivos/fichas/1/113/369.html Valencia
