Roy Conacher (b. October 5 1916 in Toronto, Ontario) is a former National Hockey League player, mainly in the 1940's, and mainly for the Boston Bruins and Chicago Blackhawks, although he did play one season with the Detroit Red Wings in 1946-1947|47. Conacher won the highly regarded Art Ross Trophy in the 1948-49 season with the Blackhawks. It is awarded to the player who lead the league in scoring in a year. He had 26 goal (hockey)|goals and 42 assist (hockey)|assists on the season. In his career, he has scored 226 goals.
