Stella Stevens (born Estelle Caro Eggleston on October 1, 1938 in Yazoo City, Mississippi) is an United States|American actor|actress. In 1960, she was the Playboy magazine "Playmate of the Month" for January. In 1962 she starred opposite Elvis Presley in Girls! Girls! Girls!. She appeared in Irwin Allen's The Poseidon Adventure among other acting work. In 1960 she won a Golden Globe Award for "Most Promising Newcomer - Female", which was shared with Tuesday Weld, Angie Dickinson, and Janet Munro.
