Wojciech Kossak (Paris, France, December 31, 1857 – July 29, 1942 in Kraków, Poland) was a Poland|Polish painter, a member of the famous Kossak family of painters. He is best known for works depicting the traditions of the Polish Army, as well as notable battles in Central Europe|Central and Eastern Europe.
